Chatwani & Others vs. the National Crime Agency

One of my favourite cases involving unlawful electronic surveillance was handled by Neumans LLP in London. As I have written previously the modus operandi in Chatwani is almost identical to that which has happened to me.

(1) 22 October 2015 to 29 October 2015 – Absence due to Staged Road Traffic Accident

I saw the 3 cars all parked the wrong way round on the wrong side of the road and the driver lock his arms and push himself into his seat – I thought ‘here we go’.

So I was reasonably unscathed from the accident, only to collapse in the road when the drugs kicked in!!

As can be heard I say (about a bill payment) ‘we have done what we said we were going to do – that is important‘. This is the level that I operate at and following through comes from a Jesuit education – not what adversaries say about me 🙂

The highlights are:-

“I was feeling extremely unwell at 0m 40s, incredibly drowsy and wanted to go home, which was not the original plan.”

“I had been feeling sick about 30 minutes after a cup of tea that morning that Chamaree Silva had made and I remember she had been watching intently whilst I drank it.”

Silva also referred to her actions specifically in her own statement as it was clearly something of interest to her:-

It seemed to contain Rohypnol; my speech was slurring and I was feeling very drowsy and had difficulty breathing. Rohypnol (flunitrazepam) is an intermediate-acting benzodiazepine with general properties similar to those of Valium (diazepam).

Rohypnol affects the brain immediately, once it enters the body. Rohypnol is intended to be used as a sedative and can make a person extremely drowsy, resulting in severe memory loss and impaired motor skills.

Rohypnol is approximately ten times more potent than Valium, another drug that impairs motor skills. Rohypnol diminishes the ability to make logical decisions, and of course it is fun being poisoned… not!

As Silva specifically writes ‘I noticed he was having difficulty breathing and left the vehicle and noticed he ‘wanked’? Excuse me – I can categorically say that I did not, as a road traffic accident is not a time for celebration!! In the screenshot above Silva also states that I ‘violently jerked‘ – what? That’s false as well – ha ha!

also confirms that I fell on my face – not quite correct as I regained consciousness when I was falling and my arms took the weight, however I did fall.

I wonder why her statement is utterly full of lies? Perhaps the plan was for me to rely on it and then be called a liar! The Melbourne Fraudsters have put this garbage into her head!

What Are the Effects of Rohypnol Use?

The physical effects of Rohypnol may be noticeable within twenty to thirty minutes after ingestion, can last for several hours, and can include the following:

  • Drowsiness
  • Confusion
  • Impaired motor skills
  • Dizziness
  • Disorientation
  • Dis-inhibition
  • Impaired judgment
  • Reduced levels of consciousness

As a result, in a social setting that involves alcohol, many people who observe a person who has ingested Rohypnol will assume that the person is merely drunk. His or her speech may be slurred and the user may have difficulty walking – both common symptoms associated with excessive drinking.

However, a greater cause of alarm is when Rohypnol is combined with alcohol or other drugs. The combination can produce extremely low blood pressure, respiratory depression, difficulty breathing, coma or even death.

I already have low blood pressure (systolic 85 / diastolic 55).so the rohypnol was designed to incapacitate me as well as possibly kill me – but no problem for me as I am apparently a CIA agent or in my case a CIA Asian 🙂

(2) 17 December 2015 to 23 December 2015 – Absence due to Psychiatric Facility Fraud etc

Edward de Saram had been creating the symptoms of ‘Paranoid Schizophrenia’ by poisoning me as well as gaslighting.

I could not resist either because of the dislocated intervertebral discs in my neck either:-

A New Hope

As can be seen a tremendous amount of effort had gone into sabotaging my legal cases, crippling Rhodium and also inflicting physical violence to incapacitate me. In one sense it is quite flattering though I find it incredibly irritating and pathetic.

The Everheds Exposure has provided a MASSIVE BREAK in the case and I am really looking forward to taking them to the cleaners and finally getting my patents and schematics back 🙂

The case continues…
